Check in is 14:00 on arrival day (this is always Saturday during the summer)
Check out is 11:00 on departure day ( this is always Saturday during the summer)
Price
Rental price includes all expenses for the cottage, also including electricity, water and heating.
If you do not want to clean the cottage your self before detarture then you can pay us to do the cleaning (cost 1500SEK). This is an extra cost and need to be booked at least 8 weeks in advance.
In some cottages it is possible to also rent a canoe. This is a extra cost.
A night kit can be rented. It includes bedclothes and towels for 1 person. This cost is 100SEK per kit.
Payment
20% shall be paid to confirm the booking. This amount is paid with a bank transfer (no extra cost) or with a credit card (Credit Card fee of 1.7%). We accept the following credit cards, VISA and MasterCard.
Remaining 80% shall be paid at least 8 weeks before arrival.
Neither the 20% paid when booking or the 80% paid 8 weeks before arrival can be refunded.
Liabilities
The cottage is insured, but the renter is liable for any damage caused by the renter by intention. For unintentional damages the liability is limited to 1000kr.
Damages, missing equipment, non working eqipment et cetera need to be reportred to the owner immediately.
The owners liability is limted to the amount of the rental fee.
